Salvation
through
Jesus Christ
Nobody's Perfect
There was only One that was perfect –
Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Romans 3:23 says “For all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God.”
God loves us anyway.
Romans 5:8 says “But God
demonstrates His own love toward us,
in that while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us."
He made a way for us.
Through the death of Jesus on the
Cross, He gave us the gift of
eternal life.
Romans 8:23 says, “For the wages of
sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life through Jesus Christ
our Lord.”
Do you believe
that Jesus is the eternal Son of God
who died for your sins?
Call on Him.
Romans 10:13 says “For Whoever will
call upon the name of the Lord will
be saved.”
Confess your belief.
Romans 10:9-10 says “that if you
confess with your mouth Jesus as
Lord, and believe in your heart that
God raised Him from the dead, you
shall be saved; for with the heart
man believes, resulting in
righteousness, and with the mouth he
confesses, resulting in salvation."
Tell Him you’re sorry for your sins,
and you will try to obey Him.
You have a Helper.
John 14:15-17 says “If you love Me,
obey Me; and I will ask the Father
and He will give you another
Comforter, and He will never leave
you! He is the Holy Spirit, the
Spirit who leads into all truth."
Thank Him.
If you have never thanked Christ for
dying on the cross for you, thank
Him now in a simple prayer.
Saved.......
but don't feel
"close" to God?
Sometimes when we
neglect prayer, Bible
reading, and worship, it
feels like two friends
who have moved far away
from each other and
never communicate; we no
longer feel like
friends.
Many lose the joy of
their salvation because
they neglect their
relationship with God.
Our spiritual life
cannot be healthy and
grow unless we receive
spiritual food through
reading God’s Word, and
we exercise our soul
muscles by worshiping
God in prayer. If a day
goes by without
spiritual food and
exercise, growth and
strength diminish.
Read the
Bible
daily for God’s
nourishment to your
soul.
Pray
about everything
in
your life and bring your
faith into every
activity – work,
recreation, social
events, solitary
reflections.
Worship
and serve
in fellowship with other
Christians.
We live in a world
saturated with evil and
strongly influenced by
Satan and people who
serve him. The road to
heaven is narrow,
straight, and uneven –
but it reaches Heaven,
and your constant
Companion on the road is
Jesus Christ, in the
person of the Holy
Spirit.
The Bible is the
completely trustworthy
message of God, and
spiritual strength comes
from feeding your soul
on the Words of God.
There you meet with
Jesus, who said, “I am
the Bread of Life. No
one coming to me will
ever be hungry again".
(John 6:35)
“Draw near to God
and He will draw near
to you”.
James 4:8
Thank
Him.
If you have never
thanked Christ for dying
on the cross for you,
thank Him now in a
simple prayer.
